SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your participation in SMS (text message) communications from ReBe. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box at registration, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program description

ReBe Workshop & Program Notifications is an SMS messaging program operated by ReBe (justrebe.com). The program sends transactional and reminder text messages to participants who have voluntarily registered for our live workshops, 5-week cohort programs, or 1:1 sessions and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS messages.

Messages may include:

• Registration confirmation
• Reminders before scheduled events (typically one day before and one hour before)
• Links to join scheduled events (such as Zoom meeting links)
• Brief follow-up messages after sessions, where appropriate

This is not a marketing or promotional SMS program. All messages are tied to events you have registered for. We do not send promotional or advertising content via SMS.

2. How to opt in

You opt in to receive SMS messages from ReBe by actively checking a dedicated SMS consent checkbox at the time of registration on justrebe.com. The checkbox is separate from any other consent (such as email marketing) and is never pre-selected.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of registration. You may register for any ReBe program without opting in to SMS; you will still receive email communications related to your registration.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the events you have registered for. Typically, you can expect 2–4 messages around each event. Frequency may be higher during the week of a multi-week cohort program.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. ReBe does not charge you for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard messaging rates per your contract with them. Please consult your mobile carrier for specific rate information.

5. How to opt out

You can opt out of SMS messages from ReBe at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP:

• You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.
• No further SMS messages will be sent to your number for this program.
• Your email communications and event registration are not affected.

If you want to opt back in later, you can re-register on justrebe.com and check the SMS consent box again.

SMS messages are delivered through major US mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network conditions.

8. Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent record are stored securely and used only to deliver the messages described in this program. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect your rights, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you by email or SMS before the change takes effect.

10. Acceptance

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on the registration form, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of that mobile number, that you have read these Terms, and that you agree to receive automated SMS messages from ReBe at that number under the conditions described here.
