Some seasons need a group. Some need one honest hour with one honest person.

Why ReBe ReFresh exists

Somewhere between a therapy room and a classroom.

Between a survivor's story and a child's silence, we found the same wound — and we built ReBe ReFresh to heal it. Most of us were never taught how to use our imagination. We were handed fear loops, inherited worry, and survival patterns, and ran them so long they started to feel like us.

But the story isn't finished. You cannot heal what you've never been helped to understand.

ReBe ReFresh is a guided, root-cause path from isolation into real community — picturing safety, envisioning freedom, rehearsing a future worth living. No performance. No pressure.

How a session works

Three steps. No script. Real conversation.

A private session isn't therapy, coaching, or pastoral counseling. It's an honest, unhurried hour with someone who's done the work and knows how to walk with you.

What happens in a 1:1?

A real, unhurried conversation. Your confidant will listen, ask honest questions, and meet you wherever you are. There's no script — the work shapes itself around what you bring.

How long is a session?

Roughly one hour. Your confidant will confirm exact timing when scheduling with you directly.

Is this therapy or coaching?

No. A confidant session is not therapy, coaching, or pastoral counseling. It's a guided process for inner work, with company. If you're in acute crisis, please reach out to a therapist, your doctor, or 988 first.

Can I book more than one session?

Yes — book additional sessions any time. Each one is $222.

How does payment and scheduling work?

Payment is handled securely at checkout after you submit the form. Your confidant reaches out within 48 hours to schedule directly with you.
